Role Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Tiruppur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving queries, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

✦ Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

✦ Provide information about products, orders, and policies, offering suitable solutions for customer concerns.

✦ Process returns, exchanges, and other customer service requests.

✦ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product or delivery issues effectively.

✦ Maintain customer records and track feedback to improve service quality.

✦ Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences and requirements.

✦ Stay up-to-date with product updates, promotions, and brand changes to accurately communicate with customers.

Requirements:

✦ High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is a plus.

✦ 0-1 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry.

✦ Strong communication skills in both Tamil and English.

✦ Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

✦ Basic knowledge of CRM systems is preferred.

✦ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

✦ A passion for fashion and sustainability is a plus.

Salary:

₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month
